Inetum Software leaves the Inetum group and becomes Nexpublica, a new independent player.
Nexpublica aims to put technological innovation at the service of better living together. The company relies on 1,200 employees committed across all territories to public authorities.
Nexpublica, a French software publisher and a reference player in Tech, is committed to all its clients: public sector, semi-public sector, delegates, and private companies.
Inetum Software becomes Nexpublica, an independent publisher and leader in public Tech. This transformation marks a strong commitment to secure, interoperable, and efficient digital technology, designed to modernize public action and improve the management and access to services.
The company is convinced that digital technology is a strategic lever to improve the experience of citizens, agents, efficiency, security, and reliability of public services. To meet this challenge, Nexpublica, which aims to become the undisputed leader in the public sector, structures its new strategy around four priorities:
“We are pleased to announce today the birth of a new company. We are refocusing our activity and accelerating our independence with the mission of supporting the transformation of public service. Our goal, by strengthening already proven digital solutions, resulting from innovation and acquisitions, is twofold: to provide a global platform in response to the current and future challenges of our clients and to offer a new digital experience for all audiences.. ”
– Martin Hubert, President of Nexpublica.
Originally created by the Caisse des Dépôts, Nexpublica has always supported the evolution of digital public service by developing efficient, modern, and secure software. Each major transformation of the administration has shaped its expertise, and each innovation proposed by the company has contributed to structuring the public services of tomorrow.
This commitment is based on the expertise of 1,200 employees deeply attached to the general interest and public affairs. A return to the roots for the company, which refocuses on its historical activity. Nexpublica leverages its experience with private clients to offer innovative software solutions to public actors.
Every French citizen has already used, directly or indirectly, a Nexpublica software solution. Behind every administrative process, every optimized public service, every modernized infrastructure, the deployed technologies facilitate the daily lives of millions of French people and contribute to providing essential services to society:
“Our ambition: to offer the best of technology to agents and professionals to facilitate the daily lives of the French”, continues Martin Hubert.
Nexpublica is a historical player in software publishing for the public, semi-public, and private sectors. In 2024, the company achieved a turnover of 160 million euros and supports more than 4,000 public organizations and 1,200 private companies.
Thanks to constant investment in R&D, in-depth expertise in public professions, and an ambitious acquisition strategy, Nexpublica teams design efficient, smooth, and secure software, with a mission: to put technological innovation at the service of better living together.
